In the project »Partnership for promoting entrepreneurship« three partners are included – leading partner is company BIRO ZUPAN d. o. o., partner 1 is Zasavje Regional Development Agency, and partner 2 is Institute IVIZ.
Operation's aim is to unite in one place the tools for encouragement of young people for entrepreneurial thinking, to offer appropriate additional education, to help in the initial entrepreneurial phase and further business monitoring of interested participants. Additional aim of the operation is to offer additional training and extra activities - managing wooden activities in terms of a healthy lifestyle, socializing and organizing various events.
The main idea of partners was to upgrade and connect their work, thereby activating their free capacities and expand and upgrade their activity. With a wider range of activities tailored to users, the position of each partner is stabilized and the offer on the market is supplemented.
Number of operations and objectives are:
- In the short term - arrange appropriate premises and equipment, within which it will be possible to combine activities of entrepreneurship, education, and physical activities for a healthy lifestyle.
- Long-term - to attract interested start-up entrepreneurs to join the system of sharing business premises (coworking) in order to exchange new, creative ideas and implement joint projects.
- A further goal is to encourage entrepreneurial thinking in children and young people and to improve entrepreneurs by organizing education and workshops.
- At the same time, our objective is to include physical activities in the daily lives of children and adults, within and after working hours, and thus improving the quality of life.
- And ultimately expanding the activity to as wide a circle of people as possible.
This is a new operation involving two other partners. Various programs will be implemented under this operation.
The target groups for which the operation is intended are start-up entrepreneurs, that are in need of basic premises, and those who want or need support. Children, adolescents and adults with a desire and need for additional language and other education related to their work or lifestyle. Then children, adolescents and adults with the desire and need for active use of free time, to increase motor skills and health care. And last but not least, other interested individuals, vulnerable groups - unemployed or older jobseekers - by organizing work or helping other participants and entrepreneurs.
Number of newly created jobs:
The project will require additional employment of 1 employee in the position of administrator, who will coordinate the implementation of programs, use of available facilities and equipment and provide basic administrative assistance to participants or entrepreneurs who will use the possibility of administrative and professional assistance in implementing their business activities.
Sustainable effect of the operation
The operation will have a sustainable effect by providing new premises for the implementation of all planned activities, together with equipment and the creation of a new employment posibility.
